You can use the tube of your choice.

Ok Lets begin
Open up the template, shift+d, x out the orginal template. Make canvas size 800x800 for your work area. Delete info layer, delete stars layer, delete both circle frame layers (pink layer) and delete background layer. These layers wont be used.
Next click on black oval layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper 6 (kristin) - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer.
Next click on pink rectangle layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper p11 (kaci) - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer.
Next click on pink glitter rectangle layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper p02 (kaci) - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer.
Next click on black rectangle layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper 11 (kristin) - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer.
Next click on large glitter circle - Adjust - sharpen.
Next click on white circle layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper 5 (kristin) - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer.
Next click on half circle layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper p01 (kaci) - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer.
Next click on sm circle layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper 7 (kristin) - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer. Do this again for the other sm circle.
Next click on glitter circle fram - Adjust - sharpen. Do this again for the other glitter circle frame.
Next click on sm black rectangle layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper 1 (kristin) - move paper so the words "babe" is in the middle - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer.
Next choose your tube - click on the large white circle - select all - float - defloat - paste tube - move to your liking - invert - delete - luminance legacy - scale down visibility to 90% - select none
Next choose your bow & chain element and resize. Place it at the top of your tag.
Next choose your screw element and resize them. Place 3 around the top of your tag and 3 around the bottom of your tag.
Next choose your bow3 element and resize. Place one on each side of your tag on the rectangles.
Next move your sm rectangle down towards the bottom of your tag so that some of the rectangle is in the sm circle on the right hand side.
Next take your emo babe words and place them on your tag. You can place them where you want to.
Next take your sparkles and place them at the top of your tag.
Next take your tube and resize it to your liking and place it on your tag and move it to your liking. I placed mine towards the left a lil.
Next take your sparkles again and place them towards the bottom of your tag over lapping your tube. Make sure they are on top of your tube so people can rip your tube from your tag.
Add gradient glow to all your layers. You can use the colors you want to match your tube. Also add a blur to what elements or layers you want.
You can place what you want to for elements in the 2 small circles. I used elements that came with the tube that I used.
Last but not least add your name, ©copyright info, your license number, merge layers, resize your tag if you want to, save as a png file and BAM!!!! Your all done!!!
