Tube Used - Trash Girl by Zebrush
You must have a licence # from PFD
to use this tube.

*~* Ok Lets Begin *~*
Open up the template, shift+d, x out the orginal template. Delete copyright info, stars and skull layers. These layers wont be used.
Click on large circle layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper 28 - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer.
Click on pink rectangle layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper 7 - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer. Then select this layer to make it the active layer and go to effects - Plugins - Tramages - Tow the line - 80 - 54 - 48 - 9 - ok
Click on large square layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper 21 - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer.
Click on emo-fied small word layer, go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Hue/Sat/Lightness - change to white lettering
Click on small square layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper 31 - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer.
Click on small circle layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper 15 - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer.
Click on small 4 stripe layer, select all - float - defloat - paste paper 2 - invert - delete -select none - delete orgnial layer. Then select this layer to make it the active layer and go to effects - Plugins - EyeCandy4000 - Weave - 3 - 1 - 0 - 0 - 3 - fill with black - ok
*~* Time to add the Elements *~*
All of my elements were resized to at least 50% and smaller. I resized them before I placed them onto my tag.
Resize the Bottle cap keychain and place over to the left hand side of your tag. I placed mine on the corner of the black square.
Next resize your star 2 and place that on top of the bottle cap keychain on the corner of the black square. Add drop shadow.
Next resize bow 4 and place that bow on the right hand side of your tag. I placed mine on the upper corner of the black square. Add drop shadow.
Next take youe star button and resize it so that it will fit in the middle of bow 4. You can make it smaller than mine or bigger than mine depends on how big you want it. Add drop shadow.
Next resize your skull to about 50% or smaller. Place the skull on top of the small striped square. I placed mine inside of the square and then moved it on top of the black strip. Add drop shadow.
Open up bow 5 and resize and place the bow at the bottom right hand corner of the black square. Add drop shadow.
Next grab the "Emo-fied" large word and move it ontop of the skull. I colored mine and you can to if you want to or leave it the color it is. Add a drop shadow.
Next grab your tube and resize to your liking and place it into your tag. I placed mine towards the left hand side of my tag. Add drop shadow.
Open up your chain element and place it on top of your tube in the position I have mine in.
Open up your sneakers and resize them and place them over to the left hand side of your tag near the bottom. I actually placed mine near the bottom left hand corner of the black square.
Add drop shadow.
Next add your name, copyright info and watermark (if you use one) to your tag.
Last but not least add your sparkles and BAM your done.
Merger your layers and save as a png file.
