*~*LETS BEGIN*~*


Open new canvas 600x600


Open rainbow element-copy & paste as new layer-resize 50%-opacity 80%


Open a wire fencing element if you have one-copy & paste as new layer
resize 75-80%


Open a glitter element if you have one-copy & paste as new layer
resize if you want to.


Open blue frame-copy & paste as new layer-resize to 50-60%
or to your liking.


Click on frame-selection-select all-float-defloat-modify by 4
copy & paste green paper-invert delete-adjust-add noise 100
move to bottom of frame.


Click on green glitter paper layer-use magic wand, click inside
squares-modify by 6-copy and paste your colored papers-invert
delete. You can use any colored papers here. Click effects
plugins-xero-fritillary-5-30-50-50-ok


Select your tube, click on your paper layers, selections-select all
float-defloat-copy & paste tube-move to your liking-invert-delete. Do
the same for the other square.


Select pink bow from elements copy & paste as new layer-resize
25%. Move to top corners of frame. I used more then one bow to
make one big one.


Select 2 lollipops-copy & paste as new layer-resize 20%-depends
on how big you want them-rotate 10-15* to the left or right. Then
move to the bottom part of the frame.


Select pink or purple flower-copy & paste as new layer-resize 20%
Move to bottom corners of frame on top of lollipops.


Copy & paste your tube again into the middle of your frame.
Resize to your likings. Add drop shadow if you want to.


Next add the word art to your tag and place where you want
it to be. I placed mine at the bottom.


Next add your name or a friends name


Last but not least add Sparkles & your copyright info &
Licence number, merge layers, save as png and your done :)
